The deadline to file a Claim Form is July 16, 2026. In order to file a claim online, you must use the Unique ID located near the barcode on the Notice emailed or mailed to you.

If you do not have a Unique ID and believe that you are a member of the Settlement Class, contact the Settlement Administrator, RG/2 Claims Administration at 1 (866) 742-4955 or at SurplusProceedsSettlement@rg2claims.com.
You may also print and mail the Claim Form so that it is postmarked by July 16, 2026
